Overview of the Role
The primary objective of this position is to oversee and enhance the culinary operations, delivering a diverse selection of outstanding dishes for guests.
This is a full-time role with standard working hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, with potential additional hours as required by business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage procurement and inventory of all catering supplies.
2. Prepare and cook the complete menu offerings.
3. Innovate and budget for new menu items, including seasonal specialties.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering meals to clients.
