We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our growing team as a Pharmacy Branch Supervisor at Weldricks Pharmacy. This is a permanent position consisting of a 26-hour work week, with a 3-week rota.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising branch colleagues and ensuring they are trained to company standards.
- Liaising with the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager to ensure the effective operation of the branch.
- Ensuring the content of the Branch Procedures Manual, DPBM, and SOPs are strictly adhered to at all times.
- Monitoring retail activity and acting on every opportunity to increase sales and maintain costs without delay.
As a Pharmacy Branch Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress to a management role. We offer a supportive environment that encourages personal development, full training, and an NVQ level 2 - Pharmacy Services qualification course.
