Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to early years settings, working with children and staff to ensure a safe and engaging environment.
  • Collaborate with our consultants to understand the needs of each setting and provide tailored support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with early years professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to Level 2 or 3 standard in a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, BEd, etc.).
  • Flexible and willing to support a range of establishments.
  • Paediatric First Aid qualified or willing to undertake the course.
  • A driver and/or willing to travel via public transport to attend assignments.
