Relief Chef de Partie Opportunity

Mint People is seeking a skilled Relief Chef de Partie to join our team on a temporary basis. As an integral part of our clients kitchen team, you will provide crucial support to our permanent chef.

Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Rosette background
  • 4*/ 5*Hotel, restaurant, functions experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
Responsibilities
  • Working across restaurant, brasserie, weddings, and functions
  • Preparing and cooking food to high standards
  • Managing and maintaining stock levels
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations

This relief chef de partie contract is paid weekly and offers free live-in accommodation. Whether you're in between jobs and seeking short-term contracts or you're a seasoned relief chef, we would love to hear from you.
