Lead Water Engineer Opportunity

Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer looking to take on a leadership role in the Water sector? We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director to join our Water Engineering team in Leicester.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and leading a team of engineers to achieve our clients' goals. With a strong pipeline of work and multiple frameworks with water authorities, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of water and wastewater design projects.

We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and significant experience in the UK Regulated Water Sector. You will need to be able to generate a team environment, ensuring that team members feel supported and confident in their roles. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to provide advice on work-related liability and risk issues.
