Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Structural Engineer to join our client, a leading Global Operator based in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in offshore structure analysis and design, as well as leading structural engineering teams and guiding tender processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offshore Structure Analysis and Design
    • Extensive experience in offshore structure analysis and design per ISO1900, API RP2A, AISC codes.
    • Proficient in creating and verifying FEM models for fixed offshore structures.
  • Foundation System Design
    • Expertise in foundation system design, including piles and mud mats.
  • Project Management and Leadership
    • Strong leadership in managing structural engineering teams and guiding tender processes.
    • Effective communication with project management and stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Proficient in DNVGL SESAM, USFOS, ANSYS, SACS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in engineering.
  • Experience
    • Experience in various project phases, including Concept, Basic/FEED, and Detail Engineering, for both onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects.
