The Role

Optima UK Inc Ltd is seeking a skilled Production Project Manager to oversee high-end shop fit outs with a creative approach. The ideal candidate will have shop floor experience and strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with customers and partners to understand project requirements.
  • Oversee outsourced work and manage suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Attend site surveys and installations to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to team operations and support project management process development.
  • Delegate tasks and resources to production teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Proactively manage project risks and mitigate issues as they arise.
The Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in retail display manufacturing and installations.
  • Strong project management skills and experience as a Project Manager.
  • Good people management skills and a team player attitude.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Experience working across departments in a workshop environment.
