About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece, a well-established Social Housing Contractor with a strong reputation for quality and customer care.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing similar contracts, including re-roofing and roofline works in tenanted properties. They will be responsible for leading a site team, ensuring works are carried out to programme and within budget, while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a site team, including Tradesmen, Subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officers
  • Monitor health and safety on site
  • Attend progress meetings and client meetings
  • Liaise with tenants and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Current SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
  • Experience of managing schemes within tenanted properties
  • Excellent customer service skills and emphasis on quality and health and safety
