About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaner to join our team at Canterbury Reach Lodge Retreat in Petham, Kent.

This is a permanent part-time position, with working days on Monday, Friday, and Saturday. The typical start time is 9am, with varying finish times.

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness within all accommodation.
  • Change over bed linen.
  • Restock lodges with essentials as required.
  • Assist with deep cleans on accommodation as necessary.
  • Keep accurate inventories of cleaning materials and products.
  • Assist with delivery, collection, and making up of laundry boxes.
  • Promptly report lost and found property to the reception.

Requirements:

  • Similar previous experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage for easy travel to and from the retreat.
