Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Are you a qualified Solicitor looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a growing hospitality business? We are seeking an experienced In-House Solicitor to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

About the Role:

We are looking for a Solicitor with a strong bias towards conveyancing matters and franchise models to join our dynamic team. As an In-House Solicitor, you will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations, including industry-specific standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Employment Law: Advise on issues related to employment contracts, workplace policies, and disputes.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct title searches to confirm ownership and check for any encumbrances, liens, or legal restrictions on the property.
  • Liaison with Other Parties: Work closely with real estate agents, brokers, banks, and other legal professionals to ensure a smooth transaction.
Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with experience in conveyancing and franchise models. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry-specific standards and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
