About the Role

As a Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our customers and colleagues. You will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and supporting staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services, in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other store operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and services, in line with company values and objectives.
