Position Overview

Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their journey in the insurance sector. No prior experience in insurance is necessary, as we provide full training and continuous support, including the chance to complete a Level 3 CII apprenticeship.

Upon successful completion of the probationary period, this position will transition to a hybrid model, allowing for 80% remote work and 20% in-office collaboration.

Working Hours

We offer a 35-hour work week with flexible shift patterns from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM. Enjoy the benefit of no weekend shifts and the option to extend your hours up to 40 per week, with the possibility of condensed working hours.

Training and Development

As part of our trainee cohort, you will receive extensive training over a 5-6 month period, which includes:

  • Classroom instruction
  • Shadowing experienced professionals
  • Personalized mentorship from managers and senior team members

This training is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to excel as a Commercial Risk Analyst, enabling you to assist our clients in safeguarding their businesses against various risks.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Assess and evaluate potential risks to determine suitable insurance coverage for businesses.
  • Collaborate closely with NFU Mutual Agencies, serving as the primary contact for our clients.
  • Provide tailored insurance solutions to effectively manage risks.
