Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Roehampton Gate School. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with mild to moderate autistic spectrum disorders, Asperger's Syndrome, and associated learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake initial assessments of new and present students to establish their individual needs.
- Lead and facilitate group and/or individual sessions, ensuring activities and interventions meet the needs of the students.
- Manage and monitor an assigned caseload, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, case file notes, and computerised information.
- Liaise with professional and teaching colleagues to support the needs of individuals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be registered and hold a BSc Occupational Therapy or profession-specific equivalent qualification. You will also need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
