About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Professional to join our team at Mitie. As a key member of our healthcare division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements.
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the hospital.
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Continuously improve and exceed expectations by identifying opportunities for development and implementing changes.
  • Adhere to Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in cleaning and maintenance, with a focus on healthcare environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work to a schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals.
