Senior Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our client's Eastern Construction business in Essex.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining site records, managing site staff, and working on projects valued from 5m to 30m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead and manage site staff to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records
  • Work collaboratively with the construction team to deliver projects
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager with a regional/national contractor
  • Hold relevant certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working on Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Defence schemes
