Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead project management activities across Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX to deliver quality, value for money, and timely project completion.
- Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans according to established timelines, ensuring continuous monitoring of project progress and adherence to project scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Quality and Timeliness: Manage the quality and timeliness of a broad variety of projects across Property, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborate with internal teams and manage external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Contract Management: Develop a robust network of contractors and suppliers to support project delivery.
- Project Management Experience: Strong project management experience and an understanding of methodologies, tools, and techniques. Experience within Property, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of property and CAPEX projects regulations, codes, and standards.
- Negotiation and Risk Management: Negotiation, risk management, compliance, and contract management experience.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective stakeholder management acumen.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to sites across Southern England when required.
