Our Graduate Programme

We are proud to offer a comprehensive graduate programme designed to support and develop our new graduate veterinarians. Our programme is tailored to provide the right support network in practice, ensuring you have an experienced VetGDP Adviser working alongside you. You will also attend dedicated Continued Professional Development (CPD) days, supporting the development of both your clinical and non-clinical skills.

Benefits of the Programme
  • Competitive Starting Salary: Our programme offers a competitive starting salary, which increases at the end of year 1 and year 2.
  • No Financial Tie-in: You will not be tied to a financial commitment beyond the completion of the programme.
  • Professional Memberships: You will receive professional memberships with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and the Veterinary Defence Society (VDS).
