Job Title: Lead Mechanical Design Engineer/Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Design Lead/Project Manager to join our team at Employment Solutions Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bespoke machinery design, excellent CAD skills, and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders, including manufacturing teams, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales engineers to manage new design projects from concept to completion
  • Develop concepts, sketches, mock-ups, detailed manufacturing drawings, and 3D CAD models
  • Work hands-on with production teams to meet customer requirements and develop new products
  • Ensure all designs conform to industry health and safety standards and customer specifications
  • Prepare and maintain BOMs, technical documentation, and operating instructions

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to completion, and contribute to the development of innovative designs and solutions.
