**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's cash flow and ensuring timely payments from our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Proactively collect cash from customers through telephone, email, and dunning letters
* Manage disputes and ensure compliance with our risk insurance policy
* Conduct ongoing credit and risk assessments to minimize bad debt
* Monitor customer account balances against credit limits
* Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reports
* Develop and implement action plans to collect overdue and over-exposed balances
* Refer accounts to a debt recovery specialist when internal collection efforts fail
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in a Credit Control or similar environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in computer software
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
* Ability to thrive under pressure
