Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with a strong interest in climate to join our team. As a key member of our climate product suite, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our climate analytics offerings. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and excellence in our climate data solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Product Specialist and Product Manager to define product requirements for climate offerings.
- Develop and maintain state-of-the-art climate methodologies and models, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry standards.
- Design and implement new climate analytics solutions, leveraging your expertise in data science and machine learning.
- Provide technical expertise to our sales team and technology teams, ensuring seamless integration and productionalization of climate products.
- Support the testing and validation phases of climate products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to the launch of climate products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a strong background in data science and machine learning.
- Expertise in climate analytics or a related field, with a strong interest in climate change.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
