Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Derby. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on a range of forklifts and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on materials handling machinery
  2. Complete comprehensive training to get fully competent on all machinery and equipment
  3. Reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area
  4. Spares placed in van overnight
Requirements:
  1. Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural, or similar equipment; automotive technicians/motor trade will also be suitable
  2. Engine diagnostics and some basic electrical skills
  3. Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject
