Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at eNL. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, newbuilds, and help to buy shared equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with file setup, conduct searches, draft contracts, handle enquiries, prepare completion and redemption statements, process SDG L applications, draft Land Registry forms, and liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders.
  2. Run a caseload across all areas of residential conveyancing, including freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, newbuilds, and help to buy shared equity.
  3. Provide exceptional levels of client care and communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
  • Extensive knowledge in the conveyancing process and technical title issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
