About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning and Forecast Manager to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for ensuring the demand signal that flows through our supply chain systems is accurate and realistic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with Country Sales, Category Management, Commercial Planning, and Operations teams to manage a robust demand planning process.
  • Coordinate a Risks and Opportunities schedule to identify potential variances to the demand forecast.
  • Build an effective demand plan around key promotional events, such as Prime Day/Black Friday, peak trading season, to ensure timely production of stock.
  • Lead and develop a team, ensuring clear communication and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of our supply chain process.
  • Provide an Opportunities & Risks list of SKUs where stock cover would support additional sales or activity is at risk of not being realized.
  • Collaborate with various business stakeholders to gather relevant data and develop key metrics for end-to-end supply chain.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills to develop the Demand Planning process.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; Domo/Power BI knowledge an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Supply/Demand Planning function.
  • Experience of using BI systems and demand and supply planning software desirable.
