Job Title: SEN-Behavioural Support Staff

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN-Behavioural Support Staff to join our team at a GOOD Ofsted Rated Primary School in Kingston Upon Thames.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Special Needs teaching assistant to support a young child with Autism. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the child in lessons and provide individualized care
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Provide emotional support and stability to the child
  • Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
Requirements:
  • Over 6 weeks' recent experience in a childcare setting
  • Current DBS check
  • Reference information for the last 3 years
  • UK eligibility to work
