Job Title: Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Join Just Mortgages, a leading provider of mortgage and protection services, as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on mortgage and protection products, helping them to achieve their financial goals.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team. As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice to clients on mortgage and protection products
  • Conducting thorough needs analysis to identify clients' financial goals and objectives
  • Developing and implementing personalized financial plans to meet clients' needs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing financial well-being
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications, such as CeMAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • On-target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme
  • £22,000 - £28,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
  • Guaranteed monthly payments whilst building a pipeline, for up to 6 months

Working Hours

This role is full-time hybrid, with working hours of Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 and alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00. You will also receive a day off in lieu when working a Saturday.
