Job Summary:

Mulberry Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our client's team in Quinton. As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the technical lead on installation projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Liaise with customers and 3rd party IT professionals to guarantee quality delivery and support of solutions, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation on system installation and support procedures, maintaining accuracy and clarity.
  • Provide customer training, empowering clients with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Experience or knowledge of telecommunications solutions, including call center and call recording applications (e.g., Gamma Horizon, Microsoft Teams, Splicecom, Wildix, and NEC), with full training provided where necessary.
  • Minimum of 2 years IT or Telecoms support experience, with a strong background in telecoms or IT support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and online, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to track and keep projects on schedule, manage tight deadlines, and shift priorities at a moment's notice, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Full UK driving license, with the ability to travel to client sites as needed.
