About the Role:

• Research and analyze Cefi/Defi markets, protocols, and strategies to identify opportunities for growth and profit.
• Design and deploy algorithmic trading strategies to production, utilizing programming languages such as C++, Golang, and Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement trading strategies that meet business objectives.
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform trading decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adapt trading strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• STEM degree from a top university.
• Experience or general interest in Defi/trading.
• Proven positive return on capital (ROC) in a trading environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
