Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Engineer to provide expert maintenance and repair services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration and air conditioning systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate and control all documents associated with maintenance works
  • Liaise with clients to maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Work safely and follow all necessary health and safety processes and client-specific site requirements
  • Participate in the on-call rota to support the business achieve its 24/7/365 response

Requirements

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Experience working with VRV's, cold rooms, close control, and chilled water systems and heat pumps
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Confident in own ability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good electrical competence, including ability to read wiring schematics and test control circuits
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to achieve a DBS certificate
