We are seeking a highly skilled Delegated Authority Audit Specialist to join our Delegated Authority department at Tokio Marine Kiln. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Delegated Authority Audit Manager and play a critical role in the annual and quarterly review process for audit scheduling, as well as analyzing and processing audit reports for both coverholders and DCA's.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Gain a clear understanding of the company's risk appetites in terms of delegated authority, conduct, and financial crime.
- Ensure that all external partners/DCA's and coverholders understand and comply with our required conduct and compliance standards.
- Provide exception reports and work on ad-hoc reports as required.
- Assist and maintain records of auditor panel and participate in the selection of new auditors.
- Represent Tokio Marine Kiln as appropriate on Lloyd's and other market forums, championing the company values and working in accordance with organisational behaviours.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, Microsoft office skills, and the ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize work autonomously. They must also be results-oriented with a focus on improving performance, meeting goals, and producing results with excellence and quality.
