Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Administer breakdown calls efficiently, ensuring a first-time fix.
- Communicate with customers to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Coordinate breakdown assistance, ensuring a first-time fix.
- Process MOTs for all vehicles, liaising with customers to ensure compliance.
- Arrange vehicle servicing according to manufacturer service schedules.
- Ensure all fleet vehicles remain compliant with relevant legislation.
- Administration:
- Update service information in company systems.
- Monitor the fleet for compliance.
- Liaise with third-party recovery providers and arrange replacement transport as needed.
- Essential:
- Customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Preferred:
- Automotive maintenance experience.
