We're looking for a talented individual to join our successful Outsourced Solutions team at Horwich Farrelly. As a Motor Litigation Executive, you'll be responsible for handling a caseload of delegated Motor files, reviewing quantum, valuing general and special damages, and finalising case plans.
You'll work independently, but as part of a collaborative team, to ensure all cases are dealt with in compliance with Solicitors' Accounts Rules and Law Society Practice Management Standards. Your experience in the insurance industry will be invaluable in this role, as you'll be working with some of the biggest Insurers in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and value general and special damages
- Finalise case plans and provide next steps advice
- Refer cases for supervision and guidance
- Effectively run each case to ensure compliance with relevant rules and standards
