We are looking for an experienced L&D professional to work proactively with key stakeholders driving the business forward through its people. With strong company values, The Portfolio Group is looking for an L&D partner who can work with key stakeholders to define the needs of the business, designing the solution and delivering across a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with external providers to design and deliver multiple L&D initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify business gaps and opportunities
  • Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of L&D initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on business partnership and strategic planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
  • Experience with training program design, delivery, and evaluation
