Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales progression process from offer acceptance to exchange of contracts.
  • Collaborate effectively with other agents involved in the property chain.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation to facilitate a seamless completion.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and other tools to track progress and maintain accurate records.
