About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electronic Field Monitoring Officer to join our team at Adecco. As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety and security of individuals under electronic monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and decommission electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of those subject to electronic monitoring.
  • Visit the homes of those on curfew to install and calibrate monitoring equipment.
  • Install and maintain electronic monitoring devices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence - Manual (not automatic) - No more than 6 points.
  • Ability to travel within the UK - Car and fuel provided for work purposes.
  • No prior experience needed - we will provide all the necessary training.
  • BPSS clearance - Full 3-year work history with gaps over 28 days covered.
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent standard of verbal English.
  • Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Working Arrangements
  • Working Pattern: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.
  • Hourly Rate: £12.92p/hr plus overtime rates.
  • Working Hours: Evenings - 4pm- 1am. Shifts will vary.
  • Training: 8 days training provided at an allocated venue.
