About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working on our SDF (Scheme Delivery) Framework on the M40 for National Highways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement safe systems of work, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Produce Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets, and lead the implementation of these plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, focusing on safety, quality, and environmental issues.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in civil engineering projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent technical and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and safety protocols, with the ability to develop and implement safe systems of work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
