Key Responsibilities- Media Planning and Execution: Create media plans with clear rationale on media choices and budget allocations, ensuring campaigns are built and activated on time, aligned with wider media plans and flighting.
- Team Leadership: Lead response to briefs, coordinating across the biddable team and collaborating with wider channel teams as required, implementing processes and ensuring team adherence to ensure campaign setup, budgets and pacing accuracy.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze and optimize across live accounts daily to ensure performance is aligned to core KPIs, providing performance insights to the client and internal teams.
- Test and Learn: Implement a structured test and learn schedule, regularly running multivariate experiments and building on learnings to inform future campaign testing.
- Reporting and Administration: Coordinate and present weekly reports, PCAs and QBRs to agency teams and clients, facilitating the smooth administration of monthly financial reconciliation across the team.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with internal and external teams, working closely with media owners to drive forward feature adoption and media maturity.
- Knowledge Sharing: Regularly share latest channel news and developments with the wider team.
We are looking for an experienced biddable practitioner with a strong understanding of the broader digital spectrum, marketing mix & media planning process. You will have experience managing paid social campaigns in an agency environment, ideally network agency or large independent, and a proven track record of line managing or mentoring entry-level team members.
You will be an excellent verbal & written communicator, able to effectively articulate and present to a wide range of stakeholders, with a strong analytical mind and attention to detail. You will also have experience working within a variety of ad buying platforms and/or third-party bid management platforms, ad serving platforms and ads trafficking processes, and on-site analytics and platforms – Google, Adobe Analytics.
