We are currently looking for dedicated Care Support Specialists to become part of our esteemed team and contribute to the enhancement of our services.
Location: Basingstoke & Aldershot
Compensation: £13.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Morning & Afternoon Shifts / Long Days / Sleep-ins
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Collaborate with the support team to deliver essential assistance to clients, ensuring they receive the necessary support.
• Aid in the implementation of various in-house support programs aimed at achieving positive outcomes for clients.
• Conduct welfare assessments for clients as instructed.
• Provide front desk assistance and administrative support, including daily office tasks and maintaining accurate records of service income.
• Honor the diversity of individuals' cultures, beliefs, and practices, ensuring adherence to the organization's Equality and Diversity policy.
• Ensure that all practices comply with relevant laws, guidelines, and policies to safeguard clients, colleagues, staff, and visitors from any form of harm.
• Equip clients with information that aids in reaching their personal goals.
• Perform any additional tasks that may reasonably be expected in the execution of this role.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Prior experience in supporting individuals with mental health challenges.
Desirable:
- Experience in working with individuals facing homelessness.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
