Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of bridge engineering projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bridge engineering project management, with a strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and project delivery.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and regulations, including the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) and Network Rail Standards.
  • Experience with project management software, such as LUSAS, Superstress, and SAM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to project delivery.
