Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious ERP Systems Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Cubiq Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a client portfolio across the ERP sector.

Your expertise in ERP recruitment will enable you to identify and attract top talent, and your ability to build strong relationships will drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business development and client base management across ERP systems
  • Leadership and building of a high-performing team
  • Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
  • Brand presence building
  • Development of candidate sourcing strategies
  • Offer management and post-placement support
  • Strategic growth of desk and department
