**About Us:** Prospero Teaching is a leading education recruitment agency, partnering with local councils and SEND teams throughout the UK to provide educational support to individuals with complex needs.
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to provide one-to-one support to students with complex needs, who are currently out of school and not receiving education. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEN and be able to adapt their teaching approach to meet the individual needs of each student.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide one-to-one tuition to students with complex needs, focusing on core subjects such as Maths and English.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support and communication with students, families, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular progress assessments and evaluations to inform teaching and learning strategies.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with students with complex needs and SEN.
- Strong understanding of SEN and ability to adapt teaching approach to meet individual needs.
- QTS or equivalent qualification.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- 2 x professional references.
