Automotive Shop Supervisor

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our retail team as a Shop Supervisor in Burford. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our charity.

1. Lead a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
2. Develop and implement effective merchandising and stock management strategies.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
4. Work closely with the local community to generate donated stock and promote the shop.
5. Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team to support the shop's operations.
6. Manage stock processes and ensure the shop is well-merchandised at all times.
7. Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder and promote national fundraising initiatives.
