Join Our Team as a Qualified Nursery Room Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced childcare professional to join our team at Busy Bees Haslemere Nursery as a full-time permanent Nursery Room Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Support the Team: As a Nursery Room Manager, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice.
- Develop Leadership Skills: You may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and progress in your career.
- Childcare Expertise: As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
- Observation and Planning: Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
- Team Management: Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements whilst guiding and managing the team in your room.
What We Offer:
