Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Class Teacher to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils, helping them to transition into their year group classroom.
  • Support children in a group setting, using objects to encourage learning and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a consistent approach to supporting the child's needs.
