  • Liaising with Tenants: The successful candidate will be required to face-to-face liaise with tenants, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Data Inputting: The Housing Administrator will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our systems.
  • Liaising with Contractors: The successful candidate will be required to liaise with contractors, ensuring that repairs are completed to a high standard.
  • Receiving Phone Calls: The Housing Administrator will be responsible for receiving phone calls from tenants and other stakeholders, providing a high level of customer service.

Key Skills:

  • High Levels of Organisation: The successful candidate will be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good Communication Skills: The Housing Administrator will be required to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Housing/Maintenance: The successful candidate will have a good understanding of housing and maintenance procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Willingness to Tackle a Challenge: The Housing Administrator will be required to be willing to tackle a challenge, with the ability to think creatively and come up with solutions to complex problems.

This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start, providing the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team at 1st Select.
