We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join our team at The People's Pension. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular assessments of business processes and transactions to identify potential compliance risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance controls and implement improvements to our compliance monitoring program.
- Undertake compliance monitoring reviews of our pension and insurance products to ensure they are being operated in accordance with applicable law, regulation, and best practice.
- Demonstrable experience in a compliance-related discipline, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements of the FCA, PRA, and TPR, as well as GDPR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering rules.
