SharePoint Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct SharePoint initiatives from start to finish.
  • Enhance and refine SharePoint applications to streamline HR functions.
  • Work closely with the HR department to identify their requirements and convert them into effective SharePoint solutions.
  • Track project developments, address any challenges that may occur, and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Guarantee that all projects are completed punctually and adhere to the defined scope and budget.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Completion of additional training or certification in Business Consulting or Project Management methodologies (waterfall, agile).
  • Relevant Technical Certifications such as Scrum Master or PMP are advantageous.

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of SharePoint and its role in HR operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with a capacity to lead teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Professional Experience:

  • Background in project management, ideally within HR-focused projects.
  • Proven track record in deploying and enhancing SharePoint solutions.
  • Familiarity with HR operations and processes is beneficial.
