Plastic Injection Mould Toolmaker

We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker/CNC Machinist to contribute to the production of high-quality products in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain a range of tool room equipment, including conventional lathes, milling machines, surface and cylindrical grinders, and hydraulic presses.
- Set up, program, and operate CNC, VMC, and EDM machines, as well as a bar-feed lathe.
- Perform self-certification of work to ensure high-quality products and adherence to quality and continual improvement commitments.
- Collaborate with management and staff to identify and implement improvements in productivity, quality, and working methods and conditions.
- Maintain high production rates and consistently high levels of accuracy and quality.
- GCSE (or equivalent) with Grade 4 or above in Mathematics and English.
- Preferred qualifications: OND or ONC Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing or equivalent), NVQ Level 2 or above in a relevant discipline.
- Overtime at x1.
- Pension scheme with 5% and 3% contributions.
- 23 days holiday.
Candidates with experience as a Toolmaker, CNC Machinist, Precision Toolmaker, or Tool & Die Maker are encouraged to apply.
