Branch Manager Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a vital role in driving forward the sales and operations of our construction supplies business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Leading a team of sales and operations staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including stock control and logistics
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or management role within the construction supplies industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Knowledge of the construction supplies market and industry trends
