**About the Role**

As a civil litigator, you will play a crucial role in handling various civil litigation cases. Your responsibilities will include representing clients, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, attending court hearings, and providing expert legal advice throughout the litigation process. You will be taking over an existing caseload (limited to your areas of expertise) and be responsible for managing your own case load and working within a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Represent clients in civil litigation cases
* Conduct legal research and draft pleadings

**Requirements**

* Experience in civil litigation, preferably in areas such as company and shareholder disputes, consumer disputes, inheritance and probate disputes, partnership disputes, intellectual property disputes, contract disputes, and general civil disputes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
