Project Manager - Hotel Logistics

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge in the logistics industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Hotel, Fairs and Events Logistics team as a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage domestic and overseas projects from start to finish, ensuring profitability and operational improvements.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration and smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate onsite logistics requirements, including MHE, storage, and transportation for domestic and international projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and account management to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support RFQ and Tender requests, contributing to competitive proposals.
  • Generate project, stock, and progress reports, as well as issue programs and schedules.
  • Handle COD Accounts, supplier invoices, customer invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Manage import and export procedures, including ATA Carnet, T1/T2 documents, and customs formalities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading logistics projects, focused on hotel logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of onsite event expectations and operational requirements.
  • Proficient in project management techniques and software, including project scheduling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective relationship building at all levels.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and skilled in breaking down processes.
  • Results-driven with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage multiple tasks.
